Gilbert Orchards is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team in Yakima.This is a full-time, year-round position.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee and process weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Prepare and file payroll taxes
  • Provide support to admin staff
  • Work with IT to create and maintain payroll systems
  • Create reports for management

Qualifications

We currently seek an addition to our Administrative team for a warehouse-based position in our Yakima headquarters.  The Warehouse Administrator Support Person performs a vital role in payroll, training, compliance, and data collection for our Wiley City cold storage.  This is an hourly full-time position requiring occasional weekend work during peak seasons.  Work hours may also vary depending on the time of the year.
